The Sales Associate will welcome customers, provide product knowledge, and offer styling suggestions to support a personalized shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with sales transactions, styling, maintaining visual standards on the sales floor, restocking merchandise, and keeping fitting rooms and common areas organized. The role also involves learning product details, supporting in-store events or promotions, customer communications, and communicating customer feedback to the team. The Sales Associate will work closely with store leadership to meet sales goals while delivering attentive, inclusive service to every customer. Part-time, in-store (with possibility to grow into full time sales manager role) Responsibilities As a Sales Assistant, you will help create a beautiful and memorable experience for every client who walks into the store.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients warmly and making them feel comfortable Assisting customers with styling, sizing, and outfit suggestions Helping drive sales through thoughtful, personalized service Maintaining the boutique's polished appearance Steaming garments, organizing inventory, and supporting merchandising Assisting with store operations and client follow-up Representing the Christina Karin brand with professionalism, warmth, and elegance

Bonus:

A background in PR, marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus. While this is primarily an in-store sales and client experience role, the ideal candidate would also be excited to occasionally support brand storytelling, social media content, client outreach, events, and other marketing initiatives. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Available at minimum : Saturdays, and Sundays (ideally 2-3 days a week) Experienced in luxury retail, fashion, styling, beauty, bridal, or luxury customer service Polished, personable, and confident speaking with clients Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Passionate about fashion and helping women feel beautiful Comfortable working in a high-touch, fast paced, client-focused store environment Self-motivated and able to stay productive during both busy and quiet store hours Prior fashion brand or luxury retail experience is preferred, but we are open to the right person with excellent taste, strong people skills, and a great work ethic. Qualifications Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to engage with diverse customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner. Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends, with a willingness to learn brand-specific product knowledge. Solid communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication in a retail environment. Ability to handle basic point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and use of retail technology with accuracy. Comfort with a fast-paced, on-your-feet role, including tasks such as folding, stocking, and merchandising. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Collaborative approach, with the ability to take direction, support team goals, and contribute to a positive store culture. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
