Greenwood) is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to join our team as Trainer Sales Associates (TSAs).

Your Mission:

As a TSA, you will be the heartbeat of our studio. Your mission is to provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, increase our membership base, and retain our current members. You will inspire, educate, and support our members on their fitness journeys.

What You'll Do:

Sales:

Achieve membership and retail sales goals, conduct prospecting and outside promotions, and ensure all sales are completed with full billing information and signatures.

Customer Relations:

Make every member feel special, answer their questions, and provide guidance on using our Burn Off App and participating in the Burn Off Challenge.

Training:

Assist members with workout instructions, hydration advice, and gear recommendations.

Marketing:

Engage with our community through social media, promotions, and ad campaigns. Contribute to increasing traffic and online engagement.

Maintenance:

Keep the studio clean, equipment in order, and complete daily open/closing procedures.

Your Schedule:

In-Studio Hours:

Flexible hours including weekdays and Saturdays.

Training & Certifications:

Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, and complete all assigned HOTWORX University Online courses.
