In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store while driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Weekend availability. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Making reels and social media content. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor through effective merchandising. Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations. Address customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Assist in training new staff members, sharing your knowledge of retail operations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is required. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math concepts. Supervising experience is a plus, as it demonstrates leadership capabilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members. Experience with cashiering and product demos will be beneficial in this role.
