Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to company standards. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and assisting with merchandise replenishment. Requirements Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery store environments or similar settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette. Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership growth opportunities. Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail math principles to accurately handle transactions and inventory counts.
