Responsibilities Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet each customer's needs. Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values effectively to maximize sales outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance packages, and accessories to enhance the customer's purchase. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and update inventory management systems regularly. Collaborate with the sales team and support staff to ensure inventory control, retail math accuracy, and organized showroom displays. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse clientele. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally. Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management tools, and basic retail math is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently. Previous dealership experience is advantageous; however, a passion for automobiles and customer service is essential.
