We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-store and online Understand and present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Guide customers through the car buying process from inquiry to delivery Follow up with leads through phone, email, and CRM systems Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Collaborate with the finance department and management team

Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record
