Job Description
CSF Advisory is a sales and customer acquisition firm based in Carbondale, IL, supporting customer-facing campaigns for nationally recognized brands. We are currently expanding our Verizon campaign and hiring a Wireless Sales Associate to join our team in the Marion area. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on speaking with customers, introducing Verizon products and services, answering questions, and helping customers learn about available service options. The Verizon Sales Representative will represent the campaign professionally while building strong customer relationships and supporting daily sales goals. What You'll Do as a Verizon Sales Representative Speak with customers face-to-face about Verizon products and services Introduce available wireless, internet, and service options in a clear and professional way Learn customer needs and recommend services that may be a good fit As a Verizon Sales Representative, educate customers on promotions, pricing, upgrades, and account enrollment steps Assist customers through the sign-up and service activation process Build positive customer relationships through friendly communication Track customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign progress accurately Work with Verizon Sales Representative team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly goals Represent Verizon and CSF Advisory with professionalism during customer interactions What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with customers in person Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Reliable, professional, and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
