In this role, you will be spreading our mission and the love for IT Cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide best-in-class shopper experience to attract and retain customers Build strong relationships with store management and associates within multiple retail locations Achieve "sales per hour" and "items per transaction" goals Express a passion for beauty and cosmetics

Job Qualifications:

You possess a high school diploma or the equivalent Passion for beauty General knowledge of skincare and makeup ingredients and application (preferred) Strong communication skills Demonstrate patience Ability to provide best-in-class customer experience. Ability to solve problems and resolve customer concerns Ability to work as a team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders Ability to stand for 4 hours or more Ability to work flexible schedule, including night, weekend and/or holiday shifts.
