Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection and store services Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks using RF scanners and warehouse experience Load & unload shipments efficiently and safely Process transactions accurately at the cashier station while delivering outstanding customer service Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including unpacking deliveries, verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and produce areas through routine cleaning and organization Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays, packaging products, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced Skills Strong inventory management skills with experience in stock control and warehouse operations Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing, sales transactions, and inventory tracking Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during stocking or unloading activities Experience in grocery stores or retail environments with a focus on produce, packaging, merchandising, and customer service Organizational skills to keep the store tidy, manage stock levels efficiently, and support maintenance tasks Join us as a Store Associate to be part of a lively team that values initiative, teamwork, and exceptional service.
