Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upselling to promote featured items and increase sales opportunities Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks appealing Assist with inventory management by stocking new merchandise Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, and promotions Support team members with shared responsibilities, ensuring smooth store operations Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers when applicable Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly Ability to perform basic math for transactions and sales calculations Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Experience upselling to maximize sales opportunities Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with a diverse customer base Previous experience in similar retail settings is beneficial but not required Join us in creating an exciting shopping destination where style meets service!
