As a Budtender, you are the face of our brand. You'll be the expert guide navigating customers through our selection of flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.

Listen to customers' needs and provide tailored recommendations based on cannabinoid profiles and terpene effects. Compliance is

King:

Strictly follow state regulations, including verifying IDs and adhering to purchase limits. No exceptions. Point of Sale (POS): Manage transactions accurately using Dutchie and handle cash with precision.

Merchandising:

Keep the sales floor looking neat, organized, and welcoming.

Stay Sharp:

Keep up-to-date with new inventory, industry trends, and changing state laws.

You can strike up a conversation with anyone and make them feel comfortable. Passionate (But Grounded): You love the plant, but you understand the science and the business behind it.

Detail-Oriented:

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
