Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking firework tables, organizing displays, and maintaining tent appearance Support inventory management through stocking and inventory checks to ensure product availability Engage in retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and promotional offers Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers confidently Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Experience in grocery store or retail environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and upsell effectively Join us this special 4th of July season to help customers celebrate Americas 250th Birthday!
