Front Desk Clerk

Front Desk Clerk McCook Cold Storage is looking for a front desk clerk to check drivers in and out. This is an entry level, 40 hour a week position, second shift 11am-7:30pm. This is a temp to hire position.

Candidate requirements:

• MUST be available to work the shift schedule required
• At least one year of job related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform simultaneous tasks and prioritize independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• General computer knowledge including MS Office, data entry
• Able to operate a fax machine and scanner
• Qualified candidates must be able to pass background check Duties will include:
• Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
• Check truck drivers in and out making sure they receive all the necessary paperwork with their deliveries or pick ups
• Greet visitors to the office
• Effectively correspond with customers as required
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner
• Help and assist customer service representatives as necessary
• Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain corresponding files
• Filing in an organized manner
• Process customer orders
• inbound and outbound

Pay:

From $23.00 per hour
