Educator - Drybar Naperville Naperville, IL Full-Time Starting at $18.25/hour + Tips + Retail Commission Schedule Full-time position Must have flexible availability Must be able to work opening and closing shifts Weekend availability required Pay & Compensation Starting at $18.25/hour Tips Retail commission Monthly bonus opportunities may apply based on performance What You'll Do Train and coach stylists on Drybar techniques and standards Support onboarding and ongoing team development Provide hands-on education in styling, blowouts, and guest experience Reinforce service quality and brand consistency Partner with leadership to identify training needs Help elevate team performance through feedback and coaching Deliver exceptional guest experiences when on the floor What We're Looking For Strong technical styling skills (blowouts and finishing styles) Passion for education, coaching, and team development Positive, supportive leadership style Strong communication skills Salon or beauty industry experience required Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus Why Drybar?
