Hindi Full Job Description Customer Service & Sales:
Greet Indian clients, understand their style preferences or gifting needs, and provide education on precious metals, karat weight, and craftsmanship.
Skills:
Excellent communication including Indian languages like hindi, telugu, tamil etc active listening, basic math skills for metal valuation, and the ability to work in secure, team-oriented environments.
Knowledge:
Understanding of the features and benefits of fine Indian jewelry, precious metals (gold, silver, platinum), and precious stones.
Gold Purchasing & Appraising:
Evaluate, test, and weigh pre-owned jewelry, scrap gold, or coins to calculate fair purchasing value.
Merchandising:
Maintain the cleanliness, security, and appealing display of showcases and store floors.
Inventory & Transactions:
Process sales, layaways, and repairs via Point of Sale (POS) systems, and assist with stock control and inventory management.
Clienteling:
Build a loyal customer base by keeping in touch for special occasions, anniversaries, or new gold and luxury arrivals. •
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
