Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an evening and weekend Sales Associate at Clothes Mentor, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will drive success! Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos and styling advice to showcase clothing items and accessories Upsell additional products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves to attract shoppers Handle cash, process payments accurately, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Assist with inventory management including stocking new merchandise and conducting stock counts Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Support store operations with phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a lively store atmosphere Skills Previous retail sales experience, preferably in clothing or fashion retail environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos to engage customers effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities for potential growth opportunities Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or online Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate sales tracking and inventory management Customer service skills focused on creating a friendly, helpful shopping environment Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to fashion, fun, and fantastic customer experiences!
