At The Salvation Army Family Store, every donation, every purchase, and every friendly interaction helps fund critical services for individuals and families in need. Position Details Multiple part-time schedules are currently available making this a great opportunity whether you're looking for supplemental income or a more consistent part-time role. Responsibilities include:
Offering friendly, respectful customer service to everyone who walks through our doors Sorting, pricing, and merchandising donated goods Keeping sales floors clean, well-stocked, and inviting Operating the register with accuracy and care Supporting store safety and loss-prevention efforts Working as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment What We're Looking For We're excited to meet candidates who are: Reliable, positive, and customer-focused Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment Physically able to stand, life, and move throughout the shift Team players who value respect, dignity, and service Physical & Working Conditions Ability to move or lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally, with assistance or equipment Work performed in retail and warehouse environments with exposure to dust, dirt, odors, Waste, chemicals, fumes, and moving equipment Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift Employee Benefits & Perks We believe in caring for our employees just as we care for our community.
