Job Description
Position Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a high-energy customer experience while maximizing sales of single washes, upgrades, and monthly memberships. This role combines customer service, active selling, and light operational support to keep the tunnel running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Greet every customer promptly with a friendly, upbeat attitude Educate customers on wash packages and membership options Recommend upgrades and monthly plans based on customer needs Handle transactions accurately using POS systems Customer Experience Ensure fast, smooth entry into the wash tunnel Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns Build relationships with repeat customers and members Operational Support Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor when needed Assist with light prep (bug prep, spray, etc.) if required Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with face-to-face sales and upselling Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality Basic math and computer/POS skills Retail, sales, or customer service experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting in varying weather conditions Work Environment Fast-paced outdoor/industrial environment Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting Flexible hours including mornings and evenings Weekend and holiday availability required Full-time or part-time opportunities available
