Job Description
Powersports Sales Associate Join Our Team at Outdoor Power Inc.! Are you passionate about powersports, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment? Outdoor Power Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Powersports Sales Associate to help customers find the perfect machine and deliver an exceptional buying experience. Position Summary The Powersports Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to delivery. This position requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate powersports vehicles and accessories. Demonstrate product features and benefits on ATVs, UTVs, and other equipment. Conduct walk-arounds and vehicle presentations. Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media. Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system . Work closely with the finance, parts, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist with showroom merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Stay current on manufacturer products, promotions, and financing programs. Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community activities. Achieve individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or retail sales experience is a plus). Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. Basic computer and CRM proficiency . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
