Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products and services to get them back on the road. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, provide expert customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers with retail sales, product selection, and answering questions about merchandise. Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques Support inventory managment through daily counts. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, cash drawer balances, and inventory levels using retail math skills Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, to maximize sales. Perform light janitorial as well as maintenence duties. Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing proficiency Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties efficiently A positive attitude with a proactive approach to helping customers and supporting team goals Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed Join us as a Sales Associate to develop your expertise in a lively environment where your energy makes a difference!
