Informatic Support Personnel FurstStaffing - 3.5 Rockford, IL Job Details Temp-to-hire $15.23 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Phone triage Full Job Description Informatic Support FurstStaffing is looking for an Informatic Support Person to join the staff of a local medical community. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer relations and document management. Duties include informing clients on clinic programs and protocol and managing patient flow through scheduling and pre-registration. The Informatic Support person will work directly with the Medical Unit Manager and must comply with established policies and procedures, objectives, HIPAA, safety, and environmental standards. This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.
Hours:
Rotate between 8am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6pm; one evening shift each week, 11:30am-8pm, and one Saturday per month 8am to 12pm
Pay:
$15.23, but pay increases with strong longevity and bi-lingual abilities
Informatic Support Responsibilities:
Coordinate with staff to optimize consistent patient flow Accommodate all scheduling needs using clinic standards and guidelines Answer calls and transfer to appropriate connection Must be able to respond quickly and in a professional/courteous manner Prioritize, collect, and print patient documents for the provider team Pre-register patients for appointments
Informatic Support Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred Ability to triage patient calls High school diploma or equivalent Associates degree with a concentration in healthcare preferred Demonstrate good time management and responsibility Exhibit good follow-through and use good judgment Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Demonstrate reliability and punctuality Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication; being bilingual preferred #FSCLER Please apply here or contact Denessa or Courtney at 815-229-7810.
