Parts Counterperson - RV Dealership Ricks RV Center is adding a team member to our Parts Department. This is a fast-paced, exciting position that will allow you to use your people skills to assist our customers with all of their parts needs. Experience isn't a must as long as you have an outgoing customer service focused personality. Having RV, camping, or outdoor experience would be preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Dispatch parts to technicians and Service Advisors for work orders. Create and modify purchase orders Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory Assist sales staff in providing accessories. Receive incoming parts Take advantage of all Parts training Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories Provide product knowledge This list of duties is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilites as management may deem necessary. Qualifications Valid Driver's License High school diploma or equivalent is required Ability to work independently Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
