We have 12 locations throughout central IL and set the pace nationally as one of the most well-respected wireless retail dealers. We offer a competitive pay structure that includes an hourly pay plus opportunities for daily bonuses. We are looking to fill immediate openings. Pay ranges from $15.50 to $17.00 per hour (Bilingual Pay Differential) Interviews available as early as THIS week!!
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Greeting customers, addressing questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers Achieving established sales goals Superior product knowledge Maintaining an orderly appearance and work environment Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers Cross-selling various products and services
Sales Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual is a big plus (ENG/SPA) Retail and/or customer service experience Sales in or outside of an retail environment preferred A professional appearance A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass background check & drug testing
