Retail Associate/Customer Service Wilmette, IL 60091 $15.50 - $16.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $15.50 - $16.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Part-Time/Full-Time position: 30-38 hours per week (Weekend availability required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers outstanding customer service to customers Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others Maintains a clean and safe working environment

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required Retail/customer service experience is preferred Good communication and people skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math Prompt, reliable, and responsible Able to lift 50+ pounds Able to work on weekends or closing shift hours (required)
