Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the face of our store — assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and supporting daily store operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your retail career in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting where your contributions make a real difference every day. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and helping them locate products Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions including cash, card, and digital payments Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including mailbox areas, packaging area etc., Follow all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures Support team members during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties as needed Requirements Prior experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is a plus but not required — we welcome motivated newcomers Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and operating a POS system Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Join us as a Store Associate and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
