Why You'll Want to Work Here Hands-On Training You don't need prior retail/hardware experience—what matters most is a love of helping people and a great attitude. However, if you've worked in hardware or retail before, that background will help you hit the ground running. Predictable Part-Time Schedule You'll work 15-25 hours per week, including one weekend day, on a set schedule posted once a week in advance. This consistency makes it easier to plan around family or other commitments. Growth Opportunities Many of our part-time team members have transitioned into full-time roles or advanced within the company by demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
Competitive Pay and Perks Pay Rate:
$13.00 per hour 15%

Hands-On Training Program Company-Supplied Clothing What You'll Do Customer Assistance:
Greet and engage with customers to identify their needs, answer questions, and recommend products that will help them solve their problems.
Sales Support:
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
Store Recovery:
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and presentable throughout your shift—maintaining tidy aisles, shelves, and sales floors.
Stocking Freight:
Assist with unloading, stocking, and organizing freight deliveries. Who You Are Friendly, approachable, and eager to provide excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Available to work 15-25 hours per week, including one weekend day.
