Job DescriptionThe Training & Hiring Lead (TNT) is a hands-on, in-store role responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Domino's drivers and CSRs. This position works directly inside the stores — coaching on the floor, leading training sessions, and partnering with store leadership to build strong, fully staffed teams.

This is an active, people-focused role — not a desk position.

Qualifications & Traits:

Must be available from approximately 10am-10pmAssociate's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)1-2 years of experience in training, coaching, onboarding, shift leadership, or team developmentValid driver's license with at least one year of safe driving history, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation requiredAbility to travel between multiple store locationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to take initiative without constant directionPositive, upbeat attitude with a passion for developing othersComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to assess individual development needs and follow through with coaching plansMust enjoy being on the floor, interacting with team members, and leading by example — this is not a desk-based position

Base Weekly PayCompensation is based on the number of store locations assigned:2

$850 per week ($44,200 annually)4
