Zenith Indiana is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our team in Fort Wayne. The Customer Sales Associate position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will assist customers with questions about Frontier services, address concerns, and provide a positive experience during every interaction. We provide training and opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate Greet customers within a retail setting and provide friendly, professional service. Answer customer questions and provide information about available Frontier services. Assist customers with service inquiries and account-related concerns. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Support daily store operations and administrative tasks. Work with team members to meet customer service and sales goals. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable, professional, and dependable.
