Freaky Fresh!® Jimmy John's is all about fresh, fast, tasty sandwiches. We hand-slice fresh meats and veggies daily, and we bake our homemade bread all day, every day, so it's always served fresh. And none of it would be possible without the rockstar teams in the stores making it happen every day. Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering sandwiches to customers in a designated delivery area. Drivers check all delivery orders to ensure accuracy and quality, then deliver products to customers in a safe and courteous manner. When not out on a delivery, drivers will work as in-shop employees, helping to make sandwiches and keep the restaurant clean. Motivated delivery drivers can make as much as $30+ per hour . Team members required to work accurately and with a sense of urgency to promote the Freaky Fast culture within the store Friendly and positive attitude required to help us continue to provide excellent customer service All team members will start at $13/hr with a conditional .50c raise upon learning the menu, which opens up performance-based raises beyond that. Managers earn up to $18.00/hr plus bonuses Drivers will also make .56c/mile in mileage reimbursement as well as keeping all earned tips. Drivers earn the same rate as in-store employees.
