Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products to enhance their vaping experience. In this laid back role, you will engage with customers, provide expert advice on coils, devices and other cbd/delta products and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Whether assisting with vaping tips or guiding customers through our feel good products, your enthusiasm and knowledge will drive sales and foster lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while working in a fun, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting juice, coils, the perfect device, CBD or Delta products or other supplies tailored to their needs Provide expert advice on setting up a new device, priming a coil, the differences between CBD and Delta and anything else to enhance customer satisfaction Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is inviting and well-maintained Deliver exceptional customer service by not letting a customer leave empty handed and resolving issues promptly Skills Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively Knowledge of vapes, coils, CBD and Delta Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions Excellent organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing customer interactions Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote products confidently and increase store revenue Embark on a rewarding career path where your enthusiasm for vapes meets exceptional customer service.
