•! We have members of our sales team who sell 40-60 units a month, get paid to be a performer! S&H Auto Group is rapidly growing, and we are looking for hungry sales professionals to help us keep up with the demand. With locations in Elkhart and our newest location in Osceola, there is a lot of opportunity for professional growth. At S&H Auto Group, we all work together as a team, and we are looking for team players to join, feel free to reach out with any questions! Experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate. Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist with product inquiries. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math Knowledge of CRM Systems Bilingual candidates are a plus
