In this role, you will be the expert guiding clients through their jewelry journey, showcasing our exquisite diamond collections, and ensuring each purchase is a memorable experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting diamonds and jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget. Educate clients about diamond qualities such as cut, clarity, color, and carat weight to help them make informed decisions. Maintain an organized display of diamond collections, ensuring all pieces are clean, well-presented, and accurately labeled. Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems while ensuring accuracy and security. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, receiving new shipments, and conducting regular quality checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service experiences. Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and certification standards to provide expert advice. Skills Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry craftsmanship is preferred, but we will teach you! Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex details clearly and confidently. Energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage displays and inventory effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Previous retail or sales experience in jewelry or luxury goods is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn about industry standards, certification processes, and product features.
