We're proud of our legacy and the relationships we've built with generations of customers. We're looking for someone who's honest, dependable, and ready to be part of our story. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in-store Evaluate and appraise a variety of items (jewelry, firearms, musical instruments, electronics, tools, etc.) Make fair loan offers and purchase deals Maintain accurate records and handle transactions Organize, clean, and display merchandise Work as part of a small, close-knit team What We're Looking For Trustworthy, reliable, and professional Retail, sales, or pawn experience preferred (not required) Strong communication skills Willingness to learn how to appraise items and negotiate Customer-focused mindset Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be available to work Saturdays Background check may be required 120 day probationary period Why Work With Us?
