Key Responsibilities & Duties Showroom Sales:

Welcome guests, identify their needs, and guide them to the right major appliances, electronics, and bedding solutions.

Expert Consultations:

Utilize your existing big-ticket product knowledge to confidently explain features, warranties, and premium product benefits.

Clean Account Management:

Assist customers with traditional purchasing, delivery scheduling, and straightforward financing options without the burden of long-term rental tracking.

Merchandising:

Maintain high showroom standards, ensuring displays are clean, tagged, and looking pristine.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1-2+ years of experience in Rent-To-Own sales, retail showroom consulting, or high-volume customer service.

Transferable Skills:

Strong communication skills, familiarity with major appliance/electronics brands, and a natural knack for closing sales.

Mindset:
