Acting as the main point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora training team, and other partners; communicating all initiatives and store needs between all parties Building strong culture within the department and team through recognition programs rewarding hospitality and sales. Ensuring beauty associates complete all required training and working with Store Manager and Sephora partners to identify additional training opportunities beauty associates may need.
