What You'll Be Doing No two shifts are exactly alike! Our Retail Team Members help keep the store running smoothly while creating an awesome experience for shoppers and donors.

You might:

Welcome customers and donors with a smile Help shoppers find hidden treasures Run the cash register and handle transactions accurately Accept and sort donations Hang, tag, stock, and organize merchandise Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and looking great Work alongside a supportive and fun team Help open or close the store Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving What We're Looking For We're searching for people who: Enjoy working with others and helping customers Bring positive energy to the workplace Are dependable and show up ready to work Can stay productive and active throughout their shift Are comfortable with evenings and weekend availability Adapt well to change and work well as part of a team Believe kindness, respect, and teamwork matter Retail experience is great, but not required — we can teach the skills.
