Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Thrift Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with all shoppers in a friendly and helpful manner Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards Cross-train and work in various departments as needed Accurately operate a cash register and point-of-sale system, including handling payments and giving correct change Promote our Rewards Program, Flash Sales, and Daily Deals to customers Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to store guidelines Support store recovery efforts throughout the day to ensure a clean and organized environment Assist with general store cleanliness and organization Maintain awareness of safety procedures and help ensure a safe shopping environment
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and store leadership
