Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening to recommend suitable products or services Assist customers with retail transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management to ensure accurate processing Provide information about financial services such as loans, accounts, or other banking products, guiding customers through basic math calculations when needed Process transactions efficiently using retail math skills and financial software to ensure accuracy and speed Support loan processing activities by gathering necessary documentation and verifying information with attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are well-stocked and appealing Handle inquiries related to store products, financial services, or account questions with professionalism and clarity Uphold cash handling procedures and perform 10 key typing accurately for transaction entries Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean and clutter free environment Experience Previous experience in cellular service sales, retail sales or customer service roles is required but enthusiasm for learning more is key!
