Retail & Showroom Coordinator Indiana Home Outlet Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time From $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Self-direction Social media management Merchandising E-commerce Attention to detail Organizational skills Retail management Full Job Description We are a growing e-commerce business seeking someone to fully own our newly created local retail and showroom role. We sell liquidated and overstock merchandise and are expanding our presence on Facebook Marketplace and in-person walk-in sales. The person in this role will be responsible for both the physical showroom experience and keeping our online local sales active and organized.
What You'll Own:
Managing and improving our physical showroom / retail display area Creating and maintaining Facebook Marketplace listings (photos, descriptions, customer messages, and refreshing posts) Providing excellent customer service for walk-in customers Keeping retail inventory organized, labeled, and easy for customers to browse Coming up with ideas to improve product presentation, customer experience, and local sales Helping design and develop a dedicated retail/showroom space as we grow
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail, customer service, or showroom/merchandising experience Comfortable with Facebook Marketplace or similar online sales platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with good initiative. Someone who takes ownership without needing constant direction Willing to work some weekends as we grow Someone who takes pride in creating a clean, professional, and easy-to-shop environment This is a hands-on role in a warehouse/retail hybrid setting. We're looking for someone who wants to help build and improve this part of the business from the ground up.
Pay:
$22 per hour to start If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy both the physical and digital sides of retail, we'd love to hear from you.
