Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized sales floor while also keeping up to date with the latest trends & hottest brands! This role is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and driving sales in our retail environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain stock levels by restocking and organizing merchandise effectively. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout the sales floor. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and promote sales. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
