Qualifications:

• Professional appearance and an upbeat and friendly attitude
• Ability to use basic computer programs, answer customer phone calls, fill parts orders
• Ability to lift light to medium weight objects and put away parts on shelves, some bending, stooping, and reaching required
• Ability to learn automotive terms and have a basic understanding of automotive parts location and terminology.

Responsibilities:

• Establish effective communications with customers, technicians, and other team members
• Ordering of parts, billing parts on invoices, answering phones, general duties including stocking and transporting parts.
• Work in a team setting with the Parts Manager, Technicians, Service Advisors, and other Dealership personnel to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Pay:

$18.00
