• Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs
• Demonstrate products and conduct technical sales when necessary
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Apply basic math skills to calculate prices and discounts

• Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Prior experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred
• Proficiency in organizational tasks to manage inventory and displays effectively
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently
• Knowledge of POS systems for seamless transactions
