Cashier/Stocker-Store Associate PART TIME

We're looking for a friendly, organized, self-motivated, customer-first person to join the Richards of Toto team as a part-time Store Associate (Cashier/Stocker). In this role, you'll be one of the faces customers remember keeping checkout fast, accurate, and welcoming. When you're not ringing, you'll jump in wherever needed on the floor: stocking shelves, pricing and tagging merchandise, straightening displays, and helping keep the store clean, full, and easy to shop. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a prompt and friendly manner. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and tender proper change back to customers. Ensure pricing integrity by accurately scanning and labeling products with the appropriate prices. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Help stock shelves and maintain a neat and well-organized sales floor. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor, if necessary. Remain knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Weekend availability. Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand, walk, for most of the shift and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
