$15.00/Hour Looking for a job where you can stay busy, help people, and be part of a supportive team? Ziker Cleaners is hiring friendly, dependable individuals to join our Customer Service Team! As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door. Supportive Leadership Team Schedule Part-Time:
Up to 29 hours per week
Availability Needed:
Monday-Friday (Afternoon/Evening Shifts)
Saturdays:
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Schedules vary based on business needs. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide outstanding service Process garment drop-offs and pickups Operate the point-of-sale system Handle payments and customer transactions Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders Promote services, specials, and seasonal offers Answer customer questions and resolve concerns Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting Balance cash drawer and complete daily closing tasks What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality Strong customer service skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Comfortable using computers and phones Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset Experience Preferred (Required) Retail Customer Service Hospitality Food Service Sales or Upselling Experience Additional Opportunities While you'll have a primary store location, there may be opportunities to work at other Ziker locations throughout South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, and Elkhart.
