You will be the face of the company to the customers who matter most, working side by side with sales, operations, and leadership to make sure every client interaction leaves a great impression. If you are a natural communicator who stays calm under pressure and takes ownership without being asked, this is your role. What your days will look like Owning the customer relationship from first inquiry through order completion Handling inbound calls and emails with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude Proactively identifying and resolving order, pricing, or product issues Acting as the connector between sales, production, and logistics teams Turning customer feedback into actionable insights for the team Supporting sales managers and engineers with day-to-day operational needs Keeping documentation accurate across CRM and reporting platforms What you bring 2+ years in a customer-facing role, manufacturing or industrial background is a plus A problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to do Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce Clear, confident communicator in writing and over the phone Team player who can collaborate across departments without losing focus High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply If you are someone who takes the client experience personally, we want to hear from you. #
