Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining an organized and efficient store environment. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced store setting. Responsibilities Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback. Implement effective phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone. Engage in sales activities by promoting special offers, upselling products, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Previous experience in retail environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
