Job Description

The UPS Store, Terre Haute, needs a full-time retail worker for a fast-paced energetic sales associate.
About Our Workplace:
At The UPS Store, Terre Haute, you will provide an exceptional customer experience and educate the customer on all the products and services provided.
Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge. Processes purchases and returns. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Helps with the store opening and closing process. Capable of managing high volume situations.
Work Hours and Benefits:
The store is open 7 days a week and for this position we are looking to fill 35-40 hours a week. This will include evenings and some weekends. Benefits offered are competitive pay, PTO time, and matched 401k upon completion of probationary period.
Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Learns about new product offerings quickly. Collaborates well with the retail team and has strong interpersonal skill. Microsoft office proficient. Must be able to lift awkward 75-pound boxes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. Sales experience preferred.
