  • Part-time Nutrition Focused Pet Boutique This Role Is For People Who Like To Sell If you love selling and helping people make great choices this role is for you.
We not looking for someone to stand behind a counter and ring transactions. We're hiring a sales associate who enjoys talking with customers, asking questions, and helping people make confident buying decisions. If you are motivated by goals, take pride in great service, and understand that strong relationships drive repeat business, you'll do very well here. What You'll Do Actively engage customers and guide them through a consultative sales process Work towards individual and stor sales goals Recommend products based on customer needs, lifestyle, and pet health needs Look for opportunities to increase average ticket and repeat visits Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure attractive product presentation Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishment to keep the sales floor well-stocked and inviting Apply excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervisor in training new team members and managing daily store operations What We're Looking For Proven sales experience ( retail, specialty retail, or cosultative sales) Problem solving sales skills
