Job Summary Counter Sales(Default) Full-time Company Description Company Description Independent Napa Auto Parts store seeking full time Counter Sales Associate for our North Manchester, IN location The Ridge Napa Counter Sales Associate will have strong Know How and experience in all things automotive and will bring a passion for delivering customer service every day. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation Exceptional customer service skills, clear speaking voice, clean and neat appearance ASE (P2) parts certification preferred or able to acquire Excellent verbal and written communication skills Motivated to learn Knowledge of auto parts cataloging and/or inventory management systems Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driver insurability check
