We're looking for a high-energy, fitness-obsessed Sales Associate to help launch and grow our brand-new infrared fitness studio in the vibrant Bonterra community of Westfield. If you thrive on driving results, building genuine connections, and delivering next-level member experiences, this is your opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership sales and achieve studio revenue goals through consultative selling and follow-up Create a fun, motivating, and welcoming studio culture that keeps members coming back Maintain exceptional cleanliness and studio standards at all times Build strong community presence in the Bonterra area through local outreach and engagement Deliver outstanding 24/7 customer service (quick responses, personalized support, and problem-solving) Create engaging social media content and leverage trends to attract new members

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in fitness, retail, or sales (preferred) Self-motivated with strong leadership and closing skills Genuine passion for fitness and helping others transform their health Proficient in social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ready to lead the heat and build something great in Westfield?
